Your school probably uses what's called a proxy server to block websites. It will be very difficult to unblock because this is happening on the system/device where your internet comes in to your school which I'm sure you don't have access to. If you do find a way to unblock it, you may get into serious trouble. Also, consider that this is not your internet service. It belongs to the school. So they can decide what can and cannot be access with it.
