Question about Broderbund The Print Shop 20 Deluxe for PC
OK, I'll try for more details. I have windowsXP pro as my operating system. Sice this is my personal computer, I have always been logged in as an unlimited acct. About a month ago due to security issues we changed my log-in to a limited acct. Some weeks later I went to use my TPS 20 & when I clicked on the desktop shortcut, the program would only open half way, no sidebar, not access to my work. So I went to the admin acct & could open the program BUT none of my work OR custom paper sizes were there & I was not allowed ( access denied) .then I thought, maybe the trouble is in the shortcut, went to the start menu & the program opened . I used it for the print jobs that were current, closed it down & the next day it was unable to open completely. I have a lot of important projects & am unable to access them. I have come to the conclusion that I am finished with this company's products. Hope this is enough additional detail HELP Blair
The operating system has lost or corrupted your profile. This happens from time to time. If you google " XP corrupt profile" you will find a lot of cases that relate to this. Follow the instructions that are provided.

SOURCE: i have PrintMaster Silver 12.
It is a large and complicated program. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling with all other proggys including virus control turned off. Make sure you turn off proggys that have a little icon in the lower right corner. Make sure that you use the right discs for installing and program and don;t remove them too soon. Good luck.

Following the description of your problem, I noticed that you are mentionong both sides of the paper, so I am assuming that you are trying to use the 'Double-Sided Printing "
This can be the reason of the problem--> you can solve this issue by setting the program using the "Double-Sided Printing Wizard" in the File Menu

TPS Window Appears on Print Shop® Splash Screen
When attempting to open Print Shop® 20, a TPS window opens on the Print Shop® splash screen. The only option available in the small TPS window is to click OK. This issue occurs when Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 has been uninstalled. Reinstalling Microsoft® .NET Framework 1.1 will resolve this issue. View the remainder of this technical note for the instructions. Complete these steps:
NOTE: If the TPS window is still open on the desktop, click OK. The Print Shop® splash screen will close.

has it worked before since you had the hard drive replaced?
if so do a system restore back to the last point it worked
otherwise go to controll panel and add and remove programs then uninstall the program
restart your computer and then re-install the program then it should work as long as you have it working on your other computer if you re-install it there should be no problem
let me know in more detail what is going on
it sounds like it has not installed properly so uninstall it then install again
also because you have a new hard drive you dont have a new computer
