Question about Sewing Machines
Could be any number of things, from lubricants that have thickened with time to a busted camstack to a bad or loose board. Most people would be best off taking it to a good sewing machine repair shop. If it's out of warranty and it's an old mechanical machine, talk to the nice folks at "wefixit": https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/wefixit/info

It would be nice if you scan and PDF it and store it as a google file so you can link people who need it to the file.
