Bad knee cap

Any number of problems in that area could be causing you to have trouble walking and appear to be your kneecap. I would suggest that you try to get either to your regular doctor for an examination or, see about getting in at a local clinic for one of their professionals to have a look and try to diagnose your issue. You need professional help to avoid causing this to get worse or, possibly much worse, even becoming a permanent debilitating injury. Seek qualified medical aid as soon as you can. Thanks.!

My doctor said there are different types of insomnia. What are they?

Here are the main types of insomnia:

Transient insomnia - this is normally caused by situational changes such as travel or sickness and doesn't last very long.

Short-term insomnia - this lasts longer and can be caused by stress or medication changes etc

Long-term insomnia - known also as chronic insomnia, this can be caused by depression, digestive issues, sleep disorders etc and goes on for longer than a month.
