You mentioned that you have created a new Facebook account using the same email address from your first Facebook account.
Sir, I just want to know if you have used your new account to log in on different sites that you use to visit? If yes, I would suggest visiting every possible sites that you have linked with it and close that account too. Cause every time you will be log-in those sites your new Facebook account will be reinstated.
In case you sir, you have not use it to other sites, You will have to close this new account and need not to access your Facebook with the same email address you use with your first Facebook account. It is going to take you 15 days before it finally deleted. REMEMBER: don't access your Facebook account, cause if you do it will be reinstated, no matter what you use to sign, old or new account. Just don't do anything.

This is actually fairly easy.
The only thing stopping you is an e-mail account, right?
Go to google.com
Then click on where it says gmail up on the top of the page.
Next, set up a new account with gmail, giving you a new e-mail address.

Then go to Facebook, and setup a new user account, if you have to, use your middle name as a way of getting a new account, and use the new gmail account as your primary email account for facebook.

This will provide you with a new facebook account.
Then after you are on facebook, go to your account, and edit anything you want to change, like your name.

Then you should be good to go.
