If this is a factory wiper arm look at the area where it hinges. There should be a small hole in the metal. Find a drill bit or shaft that fits the hole. Lift up on the arm, insert the drill bit. When you release the arm it should be raised of the glass supported by the drill bit. Now without pressure applied to the glass you should be able to wiggle it off the shaft of the motor. Hope that helps.

Without a model number, or even a brand / manufacturer, it is nearly impossible to tell you how your product comes apart. Many brands have a screw (often times with left hand threads) holding the spray arm on, while others may come off by just lifting on the spray arm while turning it CCW, or might have locking clips which need to be released.
In any case, before going that far, go to a hardware, appliance parts, or possibly grocery store to find a product called Dishwasher Magic. It is in a small rectangular bottle. Use that as directed in a cycle to clean out your dishwasher. The spray arms may need to be cleaned out of blockage from candy wrapers, toothpicks, seeds, etc., or possibly even replaced if unable to fully clean out. Also, dishwashers will not clean very well if you are using hard water. I'd suggest looking into installing a water softener.

Alcohol can do it, if you have time to wait. If you don't want to wait, put about a tablespoon of Dawn dish soap in a small amount of gasoline, about a quart, and mix well. Pour in tank. If you have ice in the fuel system you'll have to thaw it, but the dish soap will pick it up once it thaws and the motor is running. You may have trouble with a plugged fuel filter or two and you may not, depends on how much dirt the dish soap picks up.
It's all about making oil and water mix, like when you're washing dishes.

in the fuse box, it may be marked, or in your owners manual. Chefk them all, then you will know if any fuses are bad. Usually its the sensor if the fuses are good.
