If you mean not connecting to the internet. It could be because of incorrect internet settings or possibly the router was reset to factory default settings. If that's the case then all you need to do is access the router's user interface from any device connected to the router's network whether via wired or wireless connection, from any web browser by typing the default router's IP address which is 192.168.1.1, and you'll be prompted to enter the username and password which should be "admin" for both by default. in case you're unable to access the page for an incorrect password then you need to reset and reconfigure the router again. If you're unable to access an incorrect router address, try to check the router's IP address eg: if you're running Windows you can go running and type "cmd" go to command prompt and then type "ipconfig" you should be able to get the IP address default gateway (Either for WiFi or Ethernet, whatever you're connected to) which should be the router's IP address.
Once you access the router's user interference you can contact your service provider and double-check the internet settings with them.
