Phillip, you get buffering because more data has been received and your computer is processing. This is annoying. You could:

- close other programs, applications and tabs when you are watching movies etc.
- clean your computer. try free : or other cleaners.
- increase your internet speed.
- if above don't help, increase RAM and get faster processor. \
-Good luck

How do I stop the buffering so the movies continue to play

You can't except by reducing the quality of the video. Your internet connection is so bad, the 'pot of buffering' is not being filled fast enough as playing it, is emptying it. Think of a bath being filled with the drain open.

Buffering is there to help you, your connection to the internet isn't.

Preloading data into a reserved area of memory (the buffer). In streaming audio or video from the Internet, buffering refers to downloading a certain amount of data before starting to play the music or movie.

How to stop buffering on my lg optimus dinamic 2 phone without putting a bunch of codes? I cant even load anything on my phone.

The do buffering because it cannot download fast enough. In computer science, a data buffer (or just buffer) is a region of a physical memory storage used to temporarily store data while it is being moved from one place to another.

A data buffer is a section of the memory in a computer that serves the purpose of providing a temporary holding place for data as it is in the process from being moved from storage in order to comply with a query initiated by a user. In a sense, this means that the buffer creates a temporary place for the data so that it can be processed in a logical fashion and ultimately be used to fulfill that query. This is an important function, since the presence of the buffer helps to minimize the potential for damage to the data while it is being moved.
One of the basic mechanisms found with a data buffer is the fact that information is processed in a logical sequence. This is sometimes referred to as a first in first out or FIFO buffering. Rather than allowing the system to be overwhelmed by multiple requests, the buffer essentially lines up all requests in the order they are received, processes the first request, and then moves on to the next request in the queue. End users are rarely aware of this process, since the requests are managed so rapidly that the system appears to be managing several different tasks simultaneously.

Your tv have problem with the Y buffer board. Normally Y buffer board is placed in the top or bottom of the sreen (Lower Y buffer or Higher Y buffer). The Y buffer board will look like in the picture. Also the video will help you to identify the y buffer board. You can get the part from any nearby samsung service center. I have added one link for the upper Y buffer baord. Upper Y buffer
You have to find out which one is faulty before replacing. Aslo cross check the part number on the board before purchase.

Adobe flashplayer makes buffering downstreaming videos on mediapl

buffering is a normal process..
it depends upon the size/content or connection speed..

In computing, a buffer is a region of memory used to temporarily hold data while it is being moved from one place to another. Typically, the data is stored in a buffer as it is retrieved from an input device (such as a keyboard) or just before it is sent to an output device (such as a printer). However, a buffer may be used when moving data between processes within a computer. This is comparable to buffers in telecommunication. Buffers can be implemented in either hardware or software, but the vast majority of buffers are implemented in software. Buffers are typically used when there is a difference between the rate at which data is received and the rate at which it can be processed, or in the case that these rates are variable
