You arn't clear whether this message appeared with the old toner cartridge or just with the new cartridge.
If this message just appeared with the new cartridge and not the old one, take it back and get a replacement cartridge.
If the message also appeared with the old cartridge, the printer has a problem with the drum ground connector on the high voltage power supply.

try testing with the old cartridge if possible. If not i still would replace the cartridge. any time a problem arises after a cartridge replacement it is normally the cartridge

Refilled the ink cartridge and the 1st light on the right keeps blinking


Hi, it's painful but I don't think there's a problem with your cartridge but with the HP's software. It has detected an old cartridge with new ink level.
Here you need to replace by a new original cartridge & after it's used up, the old cartridge will work fine hopefully.
So pls remove old cartridge.

Refill cartrige and printer says replace cartrige


A lot of printer manufactures place a small chip on the ink cartridge. Combined with the printer software it knows you re-filled the cartridge. This forces you to buy new ink. A work around that works with some printers. Keep you're old ink cartridges. Replace with new and when it empties replace with you're re-filled ink cartridge. Store you're old re-filled cartridges in a dry cool place when not in use. With HP printers users keep three cartridges.

Just replaced both ink cartridges and test pages have color bars in middle of page and columns are not aligned.

-if you have replaced the ink cartridges and you have the color bars in middle of page and columns are not aligned, try to do the alignment of the ink cartridge
-if the alignment procedure fails; try the old cartridge
-if the old cartridge exhibit the same problem, you need to replace the printer

When I replace my color cartridge, the printer reads Right Cartridge Missing


The best option for this is to first check the printer back with the old ink cartridge. If the printer recognizes the old one it means that the new one is faulty. If not then clean the circuit unit which connects to the cartridge and printer then try it again else the carrier which moves the cartridges needs to be replaced or the printer replacement will be the best option

When I replace the cyan cartridge with a new one I keep getting the message"No Cartridge"


hi!!! in that kind of problem maybe the sensor of the cartridge was damage thats why the sensor cannot detect when you install the cartridge. Try another cartridge or maybe try the to re-install old one if the printer detect the old cartridge that means the new cartridge was defective. Thanks

Also turn off the machine pull out the old one then put back the new one. Don't forget to replace the shaft cleaner also.

MFC-210C I changed the ink and keep getting a no cartridge message. I have reinstalled several times but I still get the same message.


Replace with old cartridge and if the problem still persists there has most likely been damage to the socket caused by replacing the cartridge. If the message does not exist with the old cartridge then there is something defective with the new cartridge.

open panel above printer paper cartridge should move to the middle pull towards you and replace old with new one the same way old one came out
