Can't change screen to english on my tom tom one

the voice is in english but the menu is in a scandanavian language.cannot get to preferences or anythig else on the menu

in order to change the language you would need to be at the map on the device. Tap in the center of the map, then tap on the blue wrench or the gear on the main menu. Then you would tap on the arrow on the bottom right until you find 3 flags. Once in there you would be able to change your language.

looks like you need to do a complete reset, once done set the TT up as you want.
