In order for the fridge to operate properly, the control switches have to be in the correct positions. Also, you can only operate it using only one power source at a time. In other words, if running on gas, you cannot have the electric on at the same time, etc.

There normally is a fuse located at the back of the unit, but take a look at the actual owners manual for your model (link provided) and check out Section #3 Operating Instructions on page 6 and the proper switch settings on page 9.

Save and print out a copy so you have it available as a handy reference for future use. Hope you find this helpful.

What could be causing my golf cart to lose power? In the morning, it barely goes up the hills. It seems to run normally at night, but when I hit the gas pedal the lights go completely out.

Have the battery checked. Especially make sure they do a shunt regulator test on the cells. Sounds light a shorted cell in the battery.

I would like to know how to maintain a gas dryer that has been sitting unused for over 3 years, I want to make sure it will be safe to use. Anything I should do before I connect it and start it up?

Providing that the machine was not stored in a wet location or out in the elements you should have no problem. If it were me I would first thoroughly clean the machine, then plug the machine in without the gas line hooked up,start the machine. Let the machine run for a few minutes and listen for the igniter to cycle and for any unusual noises. If everything sounds ok proceed with gas hookup.

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Even though you drained the fuel it sounds like the carb needs to be cleaned or else the diaphragm in the carb may have a hole in it. Can you pour fuel in the carb and have it run so it is the carb. Hope this helps. In addition, did you gap the new plug sometimes they get closed up in shipping.

Our Rheem gas water heater was acting finicky a few months ago so we called the manufacturer and they sent us a new/replacement kit for the Invensys WIPER Electronic Control & FV Sensor. We replaced...

You're probably in for a service call and/or possibly water heater replacement if unit is more that 5-6 years old.
Your water heater plugs into outlet. Check outlet with cheap circuit analyzer to make sure the unit is receiving correct polarity without line interference.
If unit is in the attic, then add more venting to soffit and roof so pilot is not being snuffed out by hot air. If unit is in basement, then open some doors and a window and see if unit needs more air.
Most gas water heaters require yearly cleaning and service.
Clean the combustion parts and tubes.
Clean the air intake.
Have gas company check gas pressure.
Open following link for possible illustrations:

The problem can be bad gas control valve, air in gas line, low gas pressure, gas shut off handle not fully parallel with gas line, dirty combustion parts, lack of combustion air, improper venting. Or combination of all things. It's an electronic gizmo, anything can be bad or shorted, and repair may not last long.

Without a trained service technician to ohm-test the parts using correct service manual, then we are guessing at the cause.

Power vent water heater implies that you have side wall venting which must be replaced with another side-wall vented unit -or- it implies rapid reheating of water.

If water heater is more than 6 years old, you might be money ahead by installing a new one from local box store. Avoid the power vent and electronics. Local box store will have passive roof-venting type water heater BUT box store does not sell side-wall power vent. If your power vent goes up through the roof, then box-store variety gas water heater will work. Total cost $350 do-it-yourself for 40 gallon gas.
Or get 40 gallon 240Volt electric for $220 and connect to circuit breaker box. Requires no venting, and is easy to repair for years to come.
Or small 120Volt electric that plugs into outlet to tide you over until gas repairs can be made.
Look for scratch-n-dent models and always offer 10% off.
Shower uses 5-9 gallons hot water.

The 3 main burners won't light on my Jenn-Aire 720-0163. I replaced the battery box and still no ignition. I have a side burner with separate spark generator, I plugged a wire from one of the main...

Sounds like your regulator is not working properly. You can replace it with a generic from one of your box stores. First try hooking up and unhooking up the gas canister a few times to make sure you are getting a good connection. If you are still not getting enough pressure to make your burners run properly, then replace the regulator. I had the same problem with mine!

The fuel pump is not pump. what should i do?

Way too many things without knowing more about your car. Most cars for the last 15 years have a pump built into the gas tank. The pump is electric and you can check to see if you have blown a fuse. If you find the fuse is ok, try to check to see if you have electricity going to the pump by turning the key to the one position and use a tester to see if the "hot" wire has 12 volts. If not the problem is electrical somewhere between the ignition switch and the pump. That does not usually happen. Another way to see if the pump is working is to take the gas cap off and listen while someone else turns the key on. If the pump is working it will make a whirring sound for about 2 seconds. If that does not happen, the pump is probably bad. You will have to take the tank off and remove the pump. You can not rebuild it, just replace from a parts store or dealership. Count on spending 300 to 400 dollars.
