Problem for Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 Digital Camera

Downloading or clearing clipboard memory

How do I download or clear my clipboard memory. The camera says it's internal memory is full so am not able to take any further pictures even with a clear card. Also I am interested in being able to download some of the photos on clipboard. Thank-you
