It is either the color wheel or the image converter. If the television does any flashing of colors, that is the color wheel, the bearings in those are quite notorious of going bad over time.

How do i setup a astsk 840t wireless camera with a astak 2.4 wireless reciever to a tv with rv jacks ?? What jumper do i buy??

Hello James Waligora,

I've had a lot more trouble trying to decipher what we are talking about "rv" jacks ...

and since you provided ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE about the
"TV" ... I'm just going to BULLDOZE ahead with
my OWN conclusions... "TYPICALLY" will be used a lot.

ASTAK 2.4GHz cameras are a pretty straight forward
set-up ... with the receiver POSITIONING being your only challenge... Two REGULAR Twin LEAD RCA jack ended
cords should be sufficient... LEAD LENGTH is for your ease of adjusting for best reception.

If you already have ECHO, ALEXA... x10 devices (etc.) you
can TYPICALLY expect interference

The yellow is all you need for "video" the OTHER
you can stick in the red or white audio input of your "TV"
for sound (red typically means right side
(Left being what's left... again typically white)

STAY AWAY
from the RED, BLUE GREEN inputs...
While they are VIDEO... they are called "composite"
and ARE NOT COMPATIBLE with your single lead
Yellow corded RCA PLUG...!!

** Don't even try: Not compatible... not.

TYPICALLY 2.4 GHz is low power straight line
(easily interrupted radio signal that is over used)...

ASTAK instructions:
(ah... ) they do come with manuals... but the FIRST SITE
I attempted to access for you set off EVERY internet security protection I have... EXERCISE CAUTION THERE...!!!

We have just had a digital box connected to our tv, now the VCR doesn't work. What do I need to do?

I don't think the VCR has a digital tunner so you will need a second box for that unless the box to your TV has a twin digital tunners. If the switchover has taken place in your area the VCR will not have a picture to record. Without knowing how you have all 3 connected I can't tell you much more.

How do I connect my CD Player, Tape Deck and Tuner to the SU 300 Technics Amplifier

hi,
For connecting these to your amplifier you need 4 Stereo RCA Cable.
1.Connection for cd:
Take one of the RCA cable connect the one end (red/white) jack to the line out of your cd and connect the other end (red/white) to the CD input of Your amplifier.
2. Connecting the tunner:
Take one of the RCA cable and connect the one end (red/white) jack to the line output of you Tuner and connect the other end (red/white) to the TUNER input of your amplifier.
3. Connectiong the tape deck:
Now you have two RCA cable. Take one of the RCA cable and connect the one end (red/white) jacks to the PLAY out of the Tape deck and connect the other end (red/white) to the TAPE 1 play input of your amplifier.
Now connect the last RCA cable. Connect the one end (red/white) jack to the record input of the TAPE deck And connect the other end (red/white) to the TAPE 1 Record input of your amplifier.(this connection will help you to record to tape from cd or tuner. if you are not interested in recording then you can avoid this connection.)

Now you can select these three items from the frond plannel control switch of the amplifier.

Cable adapter broke off the back of my tv can this be fixed

yes depending on the damage. i repair 2 or 4 or these a month. the connector can be put back on or replaced. the connector is attached to a metal box this is the tunner the component that is used to select the channel. to repair these technicains remove this box from the curcit board and rebuild it. just depends if the tuner has been damaged. otherwise it would have to be replaced. their is one other option that can be used. You can feed the cable into a vcr and use it to change channels and feed it in using rca yellow red and white cables on another input.

Antenna analog input tunner broke off inside the box wondering if i could bypass it useing converter and the digetal input tunner

Yes, just make sure your converter box has composite and you're set to go. Your antenna will then plug directly into your converter box. If you end up needing more than one port (dvd player, gaming console, etc.), grab up an A/V switch which also works off of composite and you're all set to go.

I want to setup my logitech x540 surround sound through my tv (which is LG 37LC2D the jacks at the back are Inputs: AV In 1 RF In Y AV In 1 S-Video In 1 Scart Jacks 3 Component in Audio 1 Digital Audio...

Hi,

Based on your query "...which jack...put the green cable ...", I would suggest that you replace that green cable with a 3.5mm Stereo Phone Male to Twin RCA Male as shown below.
19ba6b8.jpg. The stereo phone would match the green INput ((Front) of the Logitech X-540 while the twin RCA (white & red) would match the RCA AUDIO OUTput of the LG 37LC2D.
f133914.jpg
Of course hooking it up this way would not fully utilize the 5.1 features of the X-540 (Rear and Sub/Center) but the TV sound will come out of the front speakers.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
