SOURCE: BLACK BOX APPEARS IN LOWER

You have a closed caption setting turned on to text. Its probably near your channel up or down button. Keep pressing it, it will cycle through text1, 2, 3, 4, cc1 and cc2 and off. When you get to off leave it for a few seconds and it should disappear.

SOURCE: Adjusting headlights on 2003 honda accord

Further to Emmisionwiz's answer that worked for me - the holes are in the black plastic covering the radiator support, to each side more or less in line with the headlights. They are marked with an "A" and rotation directions for UP and DOWN. The Phillips screwdriver goes into the hole about 45 degrees from vertical and engages the adjusting rack, where the teeth of the Phillips screwdriver are the pinion. If you shine a flashlight down the hole you can see the rack teeth and all becomes clear. But you will need a long Phillips screwdriver and a little bit of luck.

In the owner's manual it says the lights are adjusted correctly at the dealership and if they need adjustment because of a trailer then take the car to a Honda certified mechanic.

I have a 2004 Accord also and the method is the same for that one too.

SOURCE: Whirlpool Stove oven temperature not accurate

This unit has a calibration function which can compensate for temperature errors of +/-30 deg F. Hold the BAKE button for 4 seconds to enter this mode. Use the Temp UP/DN buttons to adjust the temperature offset. Push START to enter the new offset.

Also, the typical manual oven thermometers are notoriously inaccurate.

If this doesn't solve your problem, next items may be the temperature sensor or control board. If it is the control board we may be able to repair it for you at www.fixyourboard.com.

Blue water stains in shower

Blue water stains are not caused by hard or soft water. Blue water or bluish green water is caused by the PH of the water. Low PH can corrosion of plumbing (copper lines) causing bluish green water or water high in alkalinity/PH can cause the same issue. Therefore there is no adjustment on the softener to correct this. I suggest a PH test to see what it is. If the PH is 6.5 or lower a calcite filter is recommended to raise the PH.

Adjusting rear shocks to lower my 1999 road king

Sorry I do not go back that far so if the shocks are not air shocks you can likely adjust them by turning the spring to a higher or lower setting and if air shock you need a special shock air pump to raise ort lower the air pressure. Use of a regular pump will not be accurate and an air supply more than 50 psi will likely destroy the shocks in any case.

I run the filter pump then turn on the salt water system for 4 hours and test for the chlorine and it is always very low or no chlorine and the ph is always high

pH will always rise over time when using a salt generator. You'll need to periodically add acid to counteract this affect. As far as low chlorine levels try running the system longer...An average pools circulation system is setup to turn over the pool water once in about 8 hours. Running your system longer should lead to a higher chlorine residual and overall cleaner water.

The smaller "differential" nut you turn down for higher cut-out pressure or up for lower cut-out pressure. The bigger "range" nut you turn down for higher cut-in pressure or up for lower cut-in pressure.

I have a nespresso latissima machine,Got it for x-mas, and now there is constant yellow light on the water (the tank is full, and there is a blue light when it is time to fill it up...) What does it mean?

I just had this same problem with my brand new Latissima premium and I fixed it by adjusting the water hardness setting. The yellow water warning light being constantly on means the machine thinks the water is too hard and the machine needs descaling. In my case, the machine just needed to learn how hard my water actually is. In the manuals that came with the machine you should have been given a ph testing strip and there are instructions in the user guide about how to adjust the water hardness settings. As soon as I did that, the yellow hard warning light immediately went off. In my case the water setting needed to be adjusted to the 7-14 ph setting. I'm attaching pics of the water hardness setting instructions from the manual.dberlyne_3.jpgdberlyne_2.jpgdberlyne_1.jpgdberlyne_0.jpgdberlyne.jpg

Suds residue left on clothes just washed

ck drain hose end of drain hose should be at least 36 ins from floor also be sure drain hose fits loosely in drain water may be siphoning out resulting low water level to wash/rinse ..also recommend using liquid detergent dry doesn't dissolve good in cold water and even though it may be recommended for front load the lower water levels used may not be enough to dissolve it properly
