You propably have a problem with the ccd sensor, this type of camera has a sony sensor which was manifactured in 2002-2004,many camera having mounted the same sensor have the type of problem you are reporting.
Some manifacture, canon , jvc will change free of charge, but I don't think samsung does it.
Anyway , It should cost around 50€
