Purchased a new DVD by Memorex, we have a satelite hooked up to the TV and tried to hook the DVD player via the RCA (red-yellow-white) plugs to the corresponding plugs on DVD and TV. Nothing. When we went to the TV set-up menu, nothing seems to fit to add a DVD. Purchased a new RCA remote to hook TV, DVD, Satelite. Got them all working independently (turn off-on) but can not get TV to accept DVD to play. It has got to be something simple but can not see what. Rand

Hi.

If your tv has no scart or phono sockets you can use you will need to purchase a modulator this simply plugs in to the aerial socket of your tv & you can plug a scart in to it.
