I have an JNC SSF-F310BK 1GB MP3 player which recently registered "disk error" when I switch it on and therefore will not operate. My computer says there is an error when I connect it to that so cannot play it or copy new songs onto it.Help????

My mp3 player stopped working. When I plug it into any computer the USB port does not recognise the player and report that it might not be working properly, which is quiet obvious.

My player started doin that also, after some time it totally died, I've been trying to restore it but no luck, please help.

Most of customer who case this matter, when they are still download or upload the data, which once case the system hang. Most of customer, accord to the following steps to format their mp3 player once, which can help them to solve this matter.

1.Install the battery, Press and hold the “MENU” and “REC” button at same time to turn on your mp3 player.
2.Then you can see “MP3 PLAYER MATE V1.000” on the screen. But please remember don’t release the “MENU” and “REC” button.
3.Until the player enters to the MP3 mode. Then you can release the “MENU” and “REC” button.
4.Complete.

If there is no any improvement, please repeat step 1 to 3
