How to get a schedule to renew my passport?

Check with your nation's State Department. In the United States, your passport is good for 15 years (unless you are under 16, then it is good until you turn 16). If you are looking for office hours to renew a US passport in person, check here. If you are outside of your country, check with your nation's nearest consulate.

How can i get an appointment to get a passport?

Consult the US state department website: travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html
How you go about getting a passport depends on several factors not disclosed in your question, but the detailed instructions on the website should guide you through the process. If you're an American citizen over 16 and it's your first passport, the process will be fairly straight forward, and you will just need to present evidence of citizen, fill out some forms, and present (in person) to your nearest passport acceptance facility (probably a post office, or a public library, or municipal goverment offices). The website will direct you to your nearest acceptance facility, and you can then make an appointment to apply there.

How can a renew my passport

The thing about renewing your passport is that it can be done in the mail if certain conditions are met. The conditions are: you were over 16 when your original passport was issued, the passport is less than 15 years old, the passport is undamaged and can be sent in with your application, and the passport was issued in your current name or you can provide documentation that you legally changed your name. If you meet all of these requirements you can renew in the mail by printing the form off the website, including any necessary documents and including the fee. Standard processing time is 6 to 8 weeks however, if you are traveling sooner you can expedite your passport for an additonal fee. See:You can find more information here:

Does it work with Windows XP ? ( Passport to 31 Languages )

  • 486/66 MHz or faster processor
  • Microsoft Windows 95 or 98
  • 16 MB RAM
  • 15 MB hard disk space
  • 2x or faster CD-ROM drive
  • SVGA video (640 x 480 with 256 colors)
  • Windows compatible sound device
according to the manufacturer no, however windows xp has a compatibility wizard that you could try. Might have to install in compatibility mode and run the program in compatibility mode as well. I had to do this with C&C red alert back in the day...
