If it's truly a letter (not an email) then just follow instructions in the letter and call the toll free number that should be in the letter if you need help. If an email DO NOT click on any links (possible scam). Instead, go to AAA site, log in and make sure your billing info is correct.
If an online presence.... Normally, you would go to that site, login with your personal account Logon, enter your Password that you created, and you should then be able to navigate within that site. Navigate to your "Profile" (it may be called something else?) and scroll till you find your personal information area. Then you should locate: Bank info, or Billing info, or Credit Card info, Etc,
Log into Netflix and then top right corner and hover over your name. It will show a dropdown. Click on Your account. The first group of data is Membership & Billing.
Right there you can Update Payment Meathod and change youe card.
You will have to go onto amazon.com and login into your account and update the billing address. You may have been able to purchase an app before but your account is requiring you to verify, or update the information.
Once you update the billing address and info under payments, you should be able to resume using your kindle.
