My hotpoint washing machine wt741 wont stop flashing

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

'F02' for Hotpoint/Ariston and Indesit (who makes them) decodes as 'motor jammed/tacho detached: check motor and module connections'
The good news (probably) is that often these faults are cured by disconnecting the module (PCB) cables/plugs and reconnecting again, a fairly swift operation. I suppose the bad news is that you will need a service engineer to carry it out?

Hi,
To get out of it you need to press start, the display should go daft. Press start again and the display should settle down. Now press the on/off button and the start button at the same time and hold them down for a few seconds until the display shows d-end or d-off.
Your machine should now work.

Unplug your appliance before working on it

F03 - Wash thermistor open/short circuit need a engineer out to fix it. hope this helps.

Error F05 indicates pressure switch jammed on full.
Remove lower rear cover of washer.
Locate and remove large black hose fastened to drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose onto pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here as well.
This should solve the problem.

You will probably need to clean the pump filter.
To access the pump filter,remove the lower plastic panel at front of washer, there you will see the filter, unscrew the cover anti-clockwise, remove filter and clean.
This should clear the fault.
If it does not , let me know, and i can can tell you other things to look for.

Resolved the problem.
Switched off the power to the machine. hit the on /off button and the f-12 error code disappeared .
On reappling the power to the machine the orignial programme continued to completionj

F01 is a motor faulty normally caused by the module,but sometimes thewiring to the motor plug that works loose as its to tight,give them alla good wiggle make sure there all in!

hi i have a hotpoint condenser tumbledryer with the eroor code f11 coming up its a hotpoint ultima ctd85 can anyone help pls

turn the machine on while pressing the on annd stat buttons at the same time until dOFF appears.

washing machine WT741 ultima all light are flashing and it won't do anything else
