Fresh-air purifier does not geenerate ozone

A couple of weeks ago our Fresh-aire purifier stopped working. The UV light, which we had replaced still shone, but no ozone was generated. Also, the status screen was blank--it no longer showed the fan level or the ozone level.

Do you have any suggestions? Coiuld this be a fuse problem?

Never had a problem with my new machine 6 months old. I turned it off for a montha dn wehn I went back to use it the frant screen only flashes and shuts off. The fan and bulb don't even try to start.
If the bulb is bad will the fan not start and panel shut down while trying to start?

I ended up sending our machine in to be fixed. The problem was a corroded anode plate, which damaged other circuitry.

Check your fuse, ftlaud1. Make sure your machine is clean.

The fan is bad it should blow the fuse, I believe that the mother board has a problem, or the Display board may have gone bad.

If the machine is still under warranty (5yrs), then call their toll-free number to get a fix over the phone: 1-800-989-2299
