How to break the bios password for Toshibha laptop

Hello, If you want to break the BIOS password word of your laptop, then you need to open your laptop and get to the motherboard of your laptop and remove the battery for like say 5-10 minutes for it to discharge, or you can use a wire to connect the positive and negative side of the battery together, so it can easily discharge, if you can not wait that long. Better still, if you can locate the bios jumper setting on the motherboard, then disable it. These are the ways you can break the BIOS password. Regards

How to break bios password

You don't need to break it.
What you want to do is clear the CMOS (BIOS settings).
Usually there is a "clear jumper" on the motherboard.
Or what you can trying doing is unplug your computer and temporarily remove the little CMOS button cell battery for a few minutes.
Put it back, plug your computer back in and power it up.
You will need to go to the BIOS screen from there and set things up, and even put a new password if you wish.

How to Break bios Setup Password

This information is intended for experienced users. It is not intended for basic users, hackers, or computer thieves. Please do not try any of following procedures if you are not familiar with computer hardware. I'll not be responsible for the use or misuse of this information, including personal injury, loss of data or hardware damage. So use it at your own risk.

A. By Using the Motherboard Jumper:

In most motherboards CMOS battery is soldered, which makes it difficult to remove the battery. In this case we use another method.

Almost all motherboards contain a jumper that can clear all CMOS settings along with the BIOS password. The location of this jumper varies depending upon the motherboard brand. You should read your motherboard manual to check its location. If you don't have the manual then look for the jumpers near the CMOS battery. Most of the manufacturer label the jumper as CLR, CLEAR, CLEAR CMOS, etc.

When you find the jumper, look carefully. There will be 3 pins and the jumper will be joining the center pin to either left or right pin. What you need to do, is remove the jumper and join the center pin to the opposite pin. e.g. if the jumper joins center pin to left pin, then remove it and join center pin to right pin. Now wait for a few seconds and then again remove the jumper and join the center pin to left pin.

Make sure to turn the PC off before opening the cabinet and resetting the jumper.

B. By Using Software:

I have found that BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:
BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool is a program that works instantly to remove any lost or forgotten BIOS/CMOS password. Simply boot your PC to DOS and execute the program, and get access to forgotten BIOS/CMOS passwords in just seconds

How to Break BIOS Setup Password

there is no way to break that password..the only way to remove it is to reset the bios by short the clear bios pins(jumpers)..or remove the bios battery ..this will erase any settings and when you put the battery back will be on optimal factory defaults..(same if you locate the jumpers for clr Bios) but ..for that you have to open the laptop ...its easier for desktops..but for this will be a little much ..but is the only way ...so ..in short be careful and you have to get to the motherboard and remove the battery ...if you do not have an acces point to the jumpers..

How to break BIOS password wiht plug out cmos battery or jumper

Do this when PC is off.

The jumper is a 2 pin jumper and there are 3 points on the motherboard where it is connected. So one pin is empty. Say pins are numbered 1 - 2 - 3 and the jumper is on 2 - 3.

Now unplug the jumper and put it on 1 - 2 and wait for a  minute. Then put the jumper back to 2 - 3 and start the computer and the password and any other settings should be removed and set to default.

HTH,
