Question about Computers & Internet
I have been trying for weeks to get into my personal account or contact someone at Yahoo to no avail. Now my business account is locked. I have been trying for the last 5 days to get in touch with Yahoo and have no success. I have waited on hold for hours with no answer. When my last account was locked I was given a code to enter and I did - it still did not work. Now it is telling me I have to get in touch with Customer Service. After waiting for over an hour this morning I still have not had my call answered. I need an answer. You can real me at email@example.com

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Well I am sorry to tell you but unless you can answer the questions there is no way to access the account. The best that you can do now is to get another email account. I realise this isn't ideal, but there simply is no other way, as if you cannot prove who you are by answering the questions, it simply isn't possible to proceed.
You may however have some luck if you contact the Yahoo mail direct, go to Contact Us. and ask to speak or email or Chat to an administrator and explain what's going on, perhaps they can identify you some other way? and maybe you can gain access this way?
