What does the symbol !! mean at the end of a sentence

The exclamation mark (British English and Commonwealth English) or exclamation point (American English) is a punctuation mark usually used after an interjection or exclamation to indicate strong feelings or high volume (shouting), and often marks the end of a sentence. Example: "Watch out!" Similarly, a bare exclamation mark (with nothing before or after) is often used in warning signs.

Exclamation mark

It represents more than a mere punctuation mark: It is a function called the factorial function.
0!=1, 1!=1, 2!=1*2=2, 3!=1*2*3, and so on.
On the TINspire, in the scratchpad. or in the calculator application, Press the menu key>5:Probability>1:Factorial (!)

I need to have some example letters about how to right or convince to pay me for there credit

First I would recommend some lessons in spelling, grammar and punctuation. For instance, you do not want to "right" to them, you want to write to them. It is also not "there" credit you would like to write to them about, it is their credit. When you are talking about yourself, the letter "I" is always capitalized. You have to tell them "I want you to pay" not "i want you to pay". Why would you want to make yourself look puny when you are demanding what you have coming to you? As a last thought, end your sentences with a period. You do not want to tell them to pay you with an open clause at the end with no punctuation. You want to tell them "I want the pay that you owe me (PERIOD)".
