Question about LG VOYAGER VX10000 Cellular Phone

Phone numbers being redialed

I recently was called by the local police regarding harassing phone calls made from my telephone number. I know these calls were not made by me or anyone else in my home. A search warrant is being done on my phone to see indeed if the phone calls were made from my phone...First question...how easy is it for someone to clone my phone number??? I took the phone back to the Verizon store because it was turning on and off then some crazy symbols came across the touch screen. Not to mention there were phone numbers on my bill that I do not know who they are. Secondly....is it possible that there was something wrong with the phone and it would continue to dial a number over and over again???

If on an iPhone, go to your recent calls list, if you can see the number of the Harassing caller then simply click the (i) button next to the number and then scroll down through the options and the 7th listed should be "block this caller"

Number unblock

Contact your telephone carrier. They may be able to tell you who are the people calling you. Have you thought about answering the calls and ask the callers who they are?. If you recognize a voice that calls you repeatedly (without recognizing the person), you can lodge a complaint with the police department and inform your telephone carrier about the nuisance calls.

Uniden cordless phone caller id quit working

Using the Caller ID and Redial Lists
Caller ID (CID) is a service available from your telephone provider that shows the phone number (and sometimes the caller's name) of incoming calls. Contact your telephone provider for more information.
Caller ID list

Redial list

When a call comes in, the phone displays the number and name (if available) of the caller.
The phone saves the information for the last 30 received calls to the

CID list.
When it's in standby, the handset shows how many calls came in since the last time you checked the CID list.

Each handset remembers the last 5 numbers you dialed on it. The redial list is separate for each handset.

I want to get information about a number who has called me and abused me... so please sir help me the number is +21530048..

If this happened on a land line phone call the operator and give him/her the number and they will report it.Ask the operator if there is a way to block that number from calling you.If it's on a cell phone most phones have the option of blocking certain numbers.Somewhere in the settings/phone menu. You can go to your local police department and file a phone harassment complaint and give them the number of who's calling you. There are a number of sites online where you can look up a number. http://www.numberway.com/ is for international phone numbers. You can always google the whole number to see if anything comes up. If it still continues after all that, get your number changed and tell the phone company that you were having abusive/obscene calls and it won't stop and the phone company will change your number for free.GOOD LUCK!

Automatic redial malfunction

It's been a long time since I have used Panasonic analog phones, but the redial function in them used to be mechanical. It dialed 15 times with a 45 second pause between attempts. The key was, it expected you to pick up the handset, cancelling the redial if you got an answer.
If you got an answer and didn't do anything, it hung up and redialed again until you picked up the handset!

Could that be what your system is doing?

Blocking a phone number

if you want to block your own number dial *67 before you dial... to block someone else try dialing

To activate Call Block or add a telephone number to the rejection list, dial *60. If you dont know the number to be blocked, dial *60 immediately after hanging up from the call. To turn off Call Block, dial *80. Call Block cannot block calls from some cellular phones, pay phones or business lines. It also cannot block most long distance numbers.

hope this helps...please rate...thanks
