Hello
If you want to restart your Netflix account to get back to watching your favorite TV shows and movies, simply sign in to Netflix.com and click Restart Membership from any profile except a Kids profile. If your account is inactive, you'll be asked to restart your membership once you sign in to Netflix.

I asume you setup your WiFi connection, so next you have to:
1)Select "Wii Channels" from the Wii Shop Channel main menu, then select "Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii.
2)Select "Free 0 Wii Points.
3)Select either the "Wii System Memory" or an "SD Card" as the download location( In case you have a SD card plugged in).
4)Select "OK," then "Yes" to download the channel.
5)Once Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii has finished downloading, it will appear on the Wii menu.
6)Once installed select Netflix from the Wii men?.
7)When asked if you are already a Netflix member, select "Yes" to reach the Member Sign In screen. If you are not already a member, select "No" and fill out the required fields on the screen to begin a free one month trial.
On the Member Sign In screen, click "E-mail."
8)Using the onscreen keyboard, enter the e-mail address that you have associated to your Netflix account, then click "Enter." (This is the same e-mail address you would use to sign into Netflix.com.)
9)Select the "Password" area, and use the Wii Remote to enter your Netflix account password. Select "Enter" when finished.
10)When your e-mail and password have been entered, select the "Continue" button.
11)Once you have successfully signed in, the Wii will automatically display your Instant Queue.

Somewhere on the Signup page there should be the words LOGIN. Click on this and do a normal LOGIN.

On the Netflix sign-in page, click the "Click here" following "Need help signing in?"

I'm having the same problem :/
It won't let me click 'Member Sign In' on my Android PC Tablet I don't know what to do
