Question about RSQ HD-787 HDD Multi-Format Karaoke Player Open Box
When I try to play songs recorded on the hard drive, " open HDD file system " pops up on the monitor and "stop" appears in the FND display. No matter what I do, it won't respond. Even when I turn the machine off or unplug it, it pops back up again. What can be done to fix this?
1. Login as an administrator and open "Device Manager"
2. Click on View and select "Show Hidden Devices"
3. Open "Disk Drives"
4. Delete any device that is grayed out
5. Disconnect your usb cable and reboot your laptop
6. When Windows is fully loaded reconnect your usb cable
Hope that does it for you.

Testimonial: "It is not a p.c. It is a karaoke hard drive. It will record cdgs and store them in memory. But now it freezes up when I try to play a recorded song."
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
