Browser take over, there are a couple utilities that will help you with this, they are superAntispyware and malwarebytes , you can find them at ninite.com , you will want to update the superAnti before you run it once a week set on full scan, and on second page make sure its set for scanning archives and on High boost, run malwarebytes weekly to, if you use these you will have a lot less problems I promise, this is not spam it just simply works.

How do you disable a pop blocker

Pop-ups are web pages that automatically open when clicking on a weblink; they may or may not be related to the site you are attempting to view.
Most often pop-ups are unwanted advertisements and other forms of spam, which is the reason pop-up blockers exist: to keep unwanted images and sites from interfering with normal Internet browsing.
Sometimes pop-up blockers will block sites and pages that you may want to view, in which case you may want to disable your pop-up blocker.

Create the Menu tab.
Right click in the top section on your homepage select the Menu option this will add File Edit View Tools and Help to the top of your homepage
Click the Tools menu.
Scroll down to "Pop-up blocker."

Select, "Turn off popup blocker."
Disable Pop-up Blocking in Firefox
Select the Tools, menu and click "Options."
Click the Content tab.
Uncheck the box labeled "Block pop-up windows," then click "OK."
Disable Stand Alone Pop-up Blockers
Press "Control," "Alt" and "Delete" simultaneously to bring up the Task Manager.
Find your pop-up blocker program and highlight it, under the Processes tab.
Select "End process."

What are the pop up Blocker? Pop-up blockers are small programs that many users and software vendors have chosen to install in web browsers to prevent "pop-up windows" from opening unexpectedly while browsing the World Wide Web. These programs can be very effective in reducing the amount of unwanted advertisement-related pop-ups. However, they also prevent some critical parts of legitimate web pages from working correctly.
How to allow sites in a Pop up Blocker in a Windows Xp.
  1. Open Internet Explorer, then go to the web page that you want to allow pop-ups.
  2. In Internet Explorer's Address field, highlight the entire web address of the current page, then choose the Copy command from the Edit menu.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker Pop-up Blocker Settings... The Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog box opens.
  4. Right-click in the Address of Web site to allow: field, then choose Paste.
  5. Click Add. The selected website is added to the list of Allowed sites.
  6. Click Close to close the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog box.
How to Disable and Enable In Windows 7
  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the firefox button on your upper left side of your screen.
  3. Click option and in the Content Tab unchecked the Block pop up windows
Hope this help..

I get the error message ''403 Forbidden'' when I try to download my ringtone from your site? Can you tell me what this is?

You do not have permission to enter a particular web page given the URL that you are trying to use. Some URL's will place us several directories deep into a web site, but the site does not want that round-a-bout access. It want you to navigate through the site. If you are having this problem by clicking a link within the web site itself (and it is not sending you to another site) then somewhere there sits a programmer who did not do a very good job. Please read this article. It provides a lot of info on the 403 as well as many other error messages.

Try this:
To change permissions for a disk, folder, or file:
  1. Select the item you want to set permissions for, then choose File > Get Info and click Ownership & Permissions, if necessary. If you want to set permissions for multiple items at once, select them, and as you hold down the Control key choose File > Get Summary Info.
  2. Choose a permission for yourself from the pop-up menu. If the menu is dimmed, you don't have permission to change this setting.
  3. To change permissions for the owner, group, or others, click Detail. If necessary, click the lock icon and, when prompted, enter the name and password of an administrator user of your computer.
  4. Choose permissions for each type of user from the Access pop-up menus.

Hi, Have you checked your security permissions on the 2003 IIS ?

Are the users using it as Intranet or Internet?

Is the site internal/external or possibly firewalled with rules restricting correct port operation and access permissions?

could you please expand a little, you want to purchase vista on a secure web site?, or you wish to know about Vista, or are you not able to view secure web sites using Vista. If it's the last then open up internet explorer IE7 , select tools on the menu bar, then internet options at the bottom of the list, then click content then select the enable button, you may be asked to make up a password, then when you get all the slider options, move then further along to the right to allow more content to be viewed. Then go to the privacy tab and make sure medium is showing if not click settings and alter.
