Question about Heating & Cooling
Hi i have a problem with hp deskjet F380.my does not tells the ink levels.when i tried to check ink levels error message comes 'ink level not estimated for inductory print cartiges'.please tell me the solution of this problem.my os is winxp sp2
Are you refilling your cartridges? if so, there are two contacts on the print head that connect to the printer program that estimate ink usage and what's left. go to a site that deals with hp printers and they'll explain to you on how to reset your software for ink usage.
