Are you refilling your cartridges? if so, there are two contacts on the print head that connect to the printer program that estimate ink usage and what's left. go to a site that deals with hp printers and they'll explain to you on how to reset your software for ink usage.

Full refill ink cartridge, but full level is empty.please help me

There is no way to reset the ink levels on these cartridges to have them read full in your machine. There is nothing wrong with the cartridge, so just print until it runs out of ink. You can tell your printer to "ignore ink levels" so you don't have to see the error every time you print.

Full refill ink cartridge, but full level is empty

There is no way to reset the ink levels on this type of cartridge. As long as your printer still prints the cartridge is functioning properly. You should be able to check a box that says "ignore ink levels" when your computer pops up the box saying your cartridges are empty. Print until the ink runs out.

Not printing black anymore

The link level display doesn't always show the correct information. To begin, try to wet the part where the ink flows, with a damp paper towel or just a towel. Sometimes the ink just dry up. If that does not work, you probably need another black ink. If there was a problem with the printer itself you would had been notify by the computer, you know, like a pop up window.
