Do you have an http://findpdf.net account?

I linked my account on http://findpdf.net to my Kindle account to be able to send the books to kindle. However I don't know how to send the MOBI version of the book. Anyone has tried this?

I don't know anything about findpdf.net. I started to check it out but my WOT (Web of Trust) browser add-on warned me that this was a very untrustworthy site, so whatever you are trying to do I would recommend you head elsewhere. If you are trying to convert epub documents to mobi docs, do a google search for "Kindle Previewer" a free Amazon app which will read epub docs, and upon loading same, automatically converts it to the mobi format. Then, while you can always email mobi, word docs, and pdf's directly to your Kindle's email address (for which there is a tiny charge for each) the easiest and cheapest way to to get any of these docs to your Kindle is to install another free Amazon app - their Send to Kindle app. If you don't know how to email docs to your Kindle, either google same or call Amazon Kindle support at (866) 321-8851 and press Option 3

SOURCE: I cannot register my kindle

Usually the Kindle comes pre-registered to the name used for purchasing it.

However, to register to a different name, open http://www.kindle.com on a PC. Log in using your existing Amazon account or create a new one, following the directions on the web page.

If your Kindle was not registered yet, you can add your device by clicking on "Register a new Kindle" and enter your serial number.

If the device is registered already, it should show up in the list displayed.

SOURCE: My kindle has gone blank! It will not turn on.Can

Make sure that the kindle is fully charged. Plug your kindle into the wall charger, a yellow light will light up. When the yellow light turns green, your kindle is fully charged. Then try turning on your device. If the device still does not turn on, hold the power switch for 15 seconds, this will reboot the device.
No you will not lose your books. If this doesn't work call amazon customer support and they will walk you through the process of getting it replaced.

SOURCE: WHY DOES OUR KINDLE 3

The kindle does in fact have social features! The kindle allows you to share highlighted text on facebook. Here is a quick quide to get you started!
Sharing on a Registered NetworkPosting to Facebook or Twitter is as easy as highlighting a passage and adding a comment. When you select the share option, your comments will be sent automatically to your registered social networking sites, appended with a backlink to a web page showing the passage you highlighted.
To create a highlight and note to share:

  1. Place the cursor at the beginning of the passage using the 5-way controller and press down to anchor it.
  2. Highlight the passage using the 5-way controller.
  3. Enter your note or comment about the passage you highlighted. (There is a 100 character limit.)
  4. Select "save & share" from the options at the bottom of the note window when finished.
If you don't have a Facebook or Twitter account associated with your Kindle account, you'll automatically be prompted to manage your social network registration before your message is posted. If you choose not to link your Kindle account to your social media networks, your highlights and notes will still be saved in the book, as well as at https://kindle.amazon.com.
To share from your existing notes and marks:
  1. Open the book that contains the note or highlight.
  2. Press the Menu button and select "View My Notes & Marks."
  3. Highlight the item you wish to share in your Notes & Marks.
  4. Press Alt + 832217950.gif on the keyboard to share.
You can also navigate to a section in your book that contains a note or highlight, select it with your cursor, and press Alt + 832217950.gif on the keyboard to share.

Do you mean you want to log in your Amazon account on your new Kindle, but failed? Then you need to ask Amazon to look for your own information.

But, if you want to use new account on new Kindle, and want to transfer your books from old Kindle to your new Kindle, then here is your solution, please read.

I have a new kindle. Can I tranfer my books onto from my old one?

You can easily load all of your books onto your new Kindle. Amazon retains a record of all your book purchases in an archive. When you register your new Kindle (and turn on wireless) it 'phones home' to Amazon and Amazon places an entry on your main menu entitled Archive. Just click on that entry and all of your past book purchases will appear and will automatically be downloaded to the Kindle when you click on them.

However, if your old Kindle contained any books, pictures, or documents that you did NOT purchase from Amazon, those items will not appear in the Amazon archive. You will have to download those items to your new Kindle the same way you installed them on the old Kindle. If the only location of those un-archived documents is the old Kindle, then this will become a two step process because you cannot copy from one Kindle directly to another. Instead you must copy the documents off the old Kindle onto a computer using the USB cable, and then copy the books from the computer onto the new Kindle by way of the USB cable or by email using an authorized email account. (To authorize an email account for sending books to your Kindle, please visit Amazon's "manage my devices" section. If the new Kindle is not registered, or if it is blacklisted, then you cannot use the email method to transfer the books. The only way to install books on an unregistered Kindle is directly via USB cable.)

How do i re-register my kindle onto a different account

First, you need to deregister the Kindle from the old account.

Deregistering will retain the already downloaded books on the E-Ink devices but wipes all purchased content tied to the old account from e.g. Kindle Fire. You cannot restore books from the cloud anymore you purchased on the old account and access to the shop is blocked until the device is registered again. Other Kindle's on the same account and the account itself remain unaffected.

You can do the deregistration from the Kindle's settings menu --> Registration or alternatively from an Amazon web site:

Log in to http://kindle.amazon.com using the old credentials (email + password).

Next, select "Manage Your Kindle" from menu that opens when you hover the mouse over the "Hello, <Name>" link in the upper right corner of the page.

Click on the center tab "Your Devices" and review the list of Kindle devices and software readers tied to your account. Select the device to deregister and click on "deregister" below.

To register the Kindle to a new account, go online with the Kindle, and follow the registration procedure callable from the settings menu. Find a detailed description on
