Question about Carrier Heating & Cooling
All the window units now days do not drain water out on the ground. the condenser fan is made so that it picks up the water and is sucked through the condenser coil and evaporates it. now if there is a lot of humidity in the air then it makes more water than it can dispose of. if you are getting water in the room than pull the unit and wash it out there is a channel on the right side of the unit if facing going from drain pan to condenser area that will get stopped up and the unit needs to be pulled every year and cleaned
