I don't think you'll get it to feed on a domestic sewing machine, the foam is going to be too thick and difficult to feed through. I've used an industrial Singer 20U to sew vinyl to 1/4" foam which has a dacron layer glued to it, ie like carpet underlay thickness. This was to make replacement seat covers for ride on mowers; the Singer was strong enough to sew through both layers in a straight stitch, I could manage to overedge it on my domestic Elna but need a roller foot to stop the vinyl from sticking to the foot, and a leather needle. Even then, it wasn't easy.

How do I fix tention on brother Ls-2B837 loops underneath material

1. Always make sure you are treading the sewing machine with the foot in the UP position.

2. Loops on bottom mean the top tension is too loose... tighten it.

Brother xl-2600 As I am sewing ( not thick material) the thread keeps breaking, also over seams it is not sewing through. Then, when my bobbin ran out, went to change it and when pulling the needle down...

try changing the top thread tension to 3 or 4

also rethread the machine just in case the thread is hung up somewhere

take the bobbin out & put the bobbin in reverse of what you did before

you said you changed the needle, check to make sure it in correctly,, the flat side goes to the back of the machine, push it all the way up before tightening the screw

My material is not feeding through the machine, how do i set it to feed. it works in the reverse mode, but not forward.

If when you sew in reverse you have big stitches then you will need a shop adjustment if you have made sure beforehand that you have the correct stitch length to sew forward.

Sounds like you have tried everything possible, be sure you are using an anti static needle on the delicate fabrics, if that does not work it really does mean fiddling with the tensions until you get it dead right

Sewing machine XL 5500 settings

Your bobbin is probably too loose. When you set a new bobbin, stop every now and then and try with your fingers nail if it's nice and tight enough. Not extremely tight, but tight, not loose and moves easily when you set your finger between the threads.

With most fabrics (99%) the plate is fine at the the top position, just with very thick and "fragile" (satins etc) you might need to adjust it.

Settings: Tightest tension for the thinnest materials, more loose for the thicker ones, better have a test piece, it rarely goes under 5 anyway.
