Question about Cell Phones
Your carrier has added a block to your phones programming. When you reach your limit of 3g, it automaticly downgrades before letting your call go through. If your phone is an android, you can fix it yourself by downloading a program that let's you into your phones programming screen. Be careful though, there are other things in there that if you change, you will screw up your phone! Make sure you write down what you change, so you can put it back! I'm sure you will be able to find the app without to much trouble, then you will be the total commander of your phone!

Try a firmware restore, a guide on how to do that ishere: iPhone Firmare restore. If that doesn't resolve the issue it looks like you need a new logic board which in theory you can replace yourself. Here's a guide on how to disassemble an iPhone. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to have somebody else do it for you there are third party iPhone Repair Services.
