-   When turning on the television, the standby/timer light blinks red, and the screen stays black. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I've already tried resetting the TV using the reset button and unplugging it completely. No luck so far.-   MoochKitty

i have had the same problem.....
my problem was gone after that i cleaned the tv and removed all the dust and **** behind the tv.....
i HAVE A 47" PANASONIC REAR PROJECTION TV. pURCHASED NEW FROM CIRCUIT CITY DEC 2001. wORKS...

i HAVE A 47" PANASONIC REAR PROJECTION TV. pURCHASED NEW FROM CIRCUIT CITY DEC 2001. wORKS EXCELLECNTLY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. NOT USED AS MUCH AS A FAMILY ROOM TV, WHICH ARE ON CONTANTLY. WE WERE TOLD THAT THESE WERE NOT OPTIMUM FOR GAMING THAT WAS FINE FOR NOW. WE ARE LOOKING TO REPLACE IT WITH A LCD. WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD SELLING PRICE FOR THIS OLD UNIT.
