There is no way to retrieve the form from your printer memory. I know it's stupid but it's a fact. Best solution is to find the design software used to create the form and just download it to your new printer. If it was designed with ZebraDesigner just load printer driver for new printer, open label file, double click on blank area on display and select alternate printer, then download form
