ty i did actualy do what you recomended. i un bolted the float bowl from the screw under neath. but in the blow was a round pice of metal like it was the left over from when the punched the hole for the screw lol. i did take that out also. it runs great now got it back together and didnt even prime it it fired right up with a lil pull i was suprized. i think maybe it needed a new plug and the carb cleand and the coil that hits the magnito. ty for your resonse. and ya most people donot know about the bowl location. so thanx.

If you cleaned the carb thats great however if its a carb with a fuel bowl youll have to unscrew this and clean it to they have a habit of accumulating dirt and rust from moisture after cleaning bowl fuel should flow corectly without obstruction allowing smooth running operation also spark plugs are pre gapped for your mower model no need to adjust unless you bent it or are toing a custom projet such as go cart

Check your fuel tank for trash! Sometimes a leaf or something will obstruct the flow from tank to carb. Could even be INSIDE THE FUEL LINE. Happened to me before. I had a cockroach wing in the fuel line once.

Might be the carburetor or air filter dirty. Need right amount of air to mix with fuel at the right time.
To service these best to check this video out. Yours may not be the same exact model but gives an idea.
