Have my earphones on but can not hear music

You could try using your earphones with another device to see if they are working properly. For example, I think my earphones have a broken wire in them because when the earphone plug revolves up or down in the jack the sound cuts out. When I turn the plug around a little, the sound comes back. (I am sure you had the volume turned up :)

This sounds silly but it works alot. Try sucking the headphone very gently you will hear a sound like tissue paper being crumpled. Dnt **** too hard tho as you will blow the cone. Hope this helps.

My itouch earphone jack creates static in earphones.

sounds like the typical ipod and ipod touch common situation. It seems to be the dreaded headphone jack on the bottom or top of the device has gone belly up. You can either take it to your local apple store or look online and search your problem and see if anyone else has the same issues you have and see what can be done. You can send it to ipodsquad.com to get repairs or check your local apple store.

I cant hear any phone calls without using earphone on my motorola w220 handset.& I cant see anything on my screen.

Did you make sure you disconnected it under bluetooth settings first? Because the phone might still be transferring the sounds to the earphone.

No sound from speakers and static from earphones

First, let's deal with the speaker problem. Download the latest device driver software for your notebook's built-in audio from csd.toshiba.com, install the software, and make sure the "mute" icon does not appear in place of the volume control.

As for the headphone issue, make sure your volume is set properly and the cord on the headphones is in good condition. Again, update your laptop's device driver software, and if that doesn't take care of the issue, call Toshiba and they can help you.

I have a pink motorola pebl. I can only get sound if I put it on speaker. Otherwise I cannot hear callers or tones when I dial.

look for an earphones sysmbol on the handset screen. if there are and there are none attatched then theres a software issue or damage to the earphone socket. If there is no symbol then you have a faulty earpiece in the handset
