My ltd deluxe ec-1000(vintage black) is not producing any distortion on my Marshall mg100hdfx. this is the first time i have had an active pickup guitar, i put a new 9v battery in it but still no change in...

Distortion is not produced in the guitar. Distortion is generated in the amp by circuitry that increses the gain until the waveforms "flat top". This creates higher harmonics and a buzzy sound. If you are getting a very low output from your guitar it is possible that you don't have enough output to get the distortion in the amp to work. Other settings in the guitar add harmonics by mixing more than one pickup. This is not ditortion but adding these harmonics changes the sound immensly.
LOOK AT THIS SITE AND FIND A SCHEMATIC THAT MATCHES THE RESOURCES OF YOUR GUITAR... You might be able to figure where the wire goes... It may be a ground.

My esp ltd ex-50 have a constant buzz unless i touch the volume/tone knob(s), i re soldered the input but it still does it. any ideas?

Make sure the ground wires are soldered to the metal case of the pots. They should have a jumper running between all the metal cases.

Make sure the CONDUCTIVE paint in the cavity that is used for shielding is contacted by the ground conductor at some point.

Also keep the guitar AWAY from teh magnetic fields produced by the amp.

I have the esp ltd f-200 with the floyde rose tremlo and i get nothing but static when i plug in changed the batterey for the emg 81's any idea's what this could be ?

First verify the amp AND the cable is good with another guitar. Assuming they are, I would suspect you have a broken wire in the electronics of the guitar. Some of the guitars have a circuit board and that might have gotten a crack. Please do verify your amp first and the cable as these are other common problems.

My guitar volume won't turn off

the problem i analyse is 1) the wires of the volume control (it has three wires wired to the input of the amplifier) wire 2 and 3 have got shortened.
2) the field effect transistor of the preamplifier has got shortened . the fet is in built in certain guitars.3) if its wire wound volume control then it has lost grounding , that is wire no 3 has lost its grounding (usually this is associated with a hum from the amplifier

I'm think about buying an alexi 200 guitar, but i want to replace the esp pick up for an emg 81. Is there a place for the battery the pickup will require?

There should be enough room inside for the battery. If there isn't you could do some routing to the body to make it fit. I personally don't have this guitar but more than likely you can position the 9v battery to fit. To keep it from moving around, you can put a piece of sponge in the cavity.
