Question about Toshiba Satellite 2400-S251 Notebook
Press f8 when you hear the beep, that should bring up a menu that will allow you to choose your boot up, select safe mode, that will bring up windows in safe mode, this is just to see if it will do anything if now reinstall windows, if that does not work you have a video card problem, if it is still under warranty get it fixed
