How do you replace the batteries


There is no battery in the base unit, there is an AC adapter for charging the headset. The headset has a battery but that is not replaceable. You can try to get just the headset, PN 84321-01 (see link below).

How to replace battery?


Just put the tip of a pen into the opening at the bottom of the handset that looks like hole. The cover will pop off.

I need to no how i can track a owner of a telephone number


one thing you can do, write the number down and track which network provider is that. then write down a complaint on this number submit it to help desk for that network and ask a request for ownership trackdown. they can easily trace it cause it is land or fax line and mostly if it is registered, they can immediately give you the address.

Can not get my plantronics calisto phone to par with the headset or the base


We have two of the Calistro Pros and they will lose contact all the time for no apparent reason. Most of the time when I walk to far away from the handset they will beep and there will be the "OUT OF RANGE" will display. I have found that while sitting next to the phone press the ear piece switch straight in. You will hear a series of tones either getting louder or going from high to low. Wait a few seconds after pressing the ear piece switch and then look at the hand set. the No Headset circle should dissaper. If not depress the earpiece switch and listing for the tones again. Wait again and they will find each other. If this does not help you then I think you have a phone issue. I use my for 8 hours a day and have to do this several times a day. I hope this helps.

Did you install the PersonoCall software (bundled with Calisto Pro)?

Basically PersonoCall is the one in charge of handling all the VoIP applications.
