It is because the left ventricle pushes blood from the heart to all the organs and thus needs muscles to push blood along ..the right one only pushes blood to the lungs (shorter distance)

Why smoking is injurius to health and in which of our body smoke is effect.

Cigarettes have multiple dangerous toxins that you ingest when smoking, the tar builds up coatings on your lungs that damage cells, they cannot repair the damage and become leather like and fatty making it harder for your body to process oxygen, cigarettes contain multiple poisons including cyanide that also damage cell structures, but the worst thing is it damages the heart and ventricles, narrowing arteries restricting blood flow. Cigarette smoking is also directly linked to numerous aggressive cancers that thrive due to damaged cell structures. I am a lifelong smoker and cant stop, I wished I had never started, so if you have a choice dont smoke.

What is the danger having pressure 130/100

Inasmuch as your heart is in the left side of your chest, this is not a good sign. Doctors treat blood pressures greater than 140/90. Your diastolic pressure of 100 is a bit too high. High blood pressure causes enlarged heart and other serious issues. Go read about it at wikipedia and start to become more informed. There are lifestyle changes that may help reduce blood pressure.

What is an enlarger?

As an engine is the heart of a car, so is an enlarger the heart of a darkroom. It is the instrument through which negatives are brought to life. Along with a good lens, it is the enlarger that the rest of the darkroom is built around. A darkroom can have the best plumbing, a great stereo and stainless steel trays, but without a good enlarger and lens, it can be hard to produce quality images.

I have brought a tesco onebody heart rate monitor and watch are there any online instructions as the instructions with it are to small for me to read

What may be easier, is to take the instructions you have to a local copy center have them make a copy in an enlarged format. Or have someone take it to work with them and have them make an enlarged copy for you. Most office copiers will enlarge the print.

My pacemaker starts throbbing in my abdomin at 17.15 hrs every day which lasts for 3 minutes. is this normal

Boy is this posted in the wrong place. "If the pacemaker has one lead, it is known as a single chamber pacemaker. The lead can be placed in either the right atrium or the right ventricle. This type of device can be used only if the signal from the SA node or the AV node is the problem, and all other electrical conduction in the patient's heart is working correctly. Patients with this type of pacemaker can sometimes feel an uncomfortable neck throbbing, chest fullness or faintness when the device fires, known as pacemaker syndrome. Because of this problem, and the general ability to pump a greater volume of blood, some patients are treated with a dual chamber system."--BNET
