Question about Computers & Internet
I know my e-mail and my password , why can I not get into facebook

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com
If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."
If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.
If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

1. Make sure that you are entering the E-Mail ID and the Password correctly.
2. Try deleting the "cookie" of the Web Browser.
If you are using the Internet Explorer then check this Link for the instruction to delete the cookies.
If you are using the Firefox then click on the option "Tools" in the menu bar and select the option "Clear Recent History" or press the "CTRL+SHIFT+DEL" keys to delete the cookie.

You must still have your registered e-mail address available. If you no longer have access to that email address you're either scrood or you're screwed. Take your pick. In order to change your login password you need your old password. If you don't have that password you can have it e-mailed to your registered e-mail account. If you want to change your registered email account you need your old password!! Very effective way of keeping hackers that have access to your computer from changing your passwords and causing general havoc!!

You should contact Facebook and describe your problem. This doesn't sound like a common problem you can resolve on your own.
