Question about Konica Minolta - Magicolor 1600 1600w 1650en Drum
The i/c drum unit is saying that it is at it's end but yet still works perfectly fine on prints. I would like to simply reset its settings.

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.
This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.

Did you buy a whole new drum unit, or just change the cartridge? If so, the fuse may still be blown. Also, you may need to empty the spent toner out of the old cartridge.
