Question about Cooktops
A plastic bag was on one of the eyes and was melted when that eye was turned on by mistake. I want to know the best way to remove this from the eye.

Hello. I don't know if this will work but you could try getting it as cold as you can and maybe it will come off that way. If it were me I would use my refrigerant, but I am sure you don't have that. Who knows maybe ice will work. Now that I think about it, maybe you can carefully use some sand paper being sure you don't scratch the surface.
