I have a remanufactured lincoln impinger 1000 gas conveyor pizza oven which I believe was converted to a fast bake 1450 model and the main fan motor on the back is screaming.

If the main fan motor is screaming in your lincoln impinger oven, actually that means the motor is faulty. more so the bearing in the motor are worn out and should be replaced, its easier to replace the motor itself but the motor is very expensive. To save money you can actually replace the bearings your self by opening the back cover in which the motor is mounted, then unmount the motor and disassemble it so you can take out the bearings. take the bearings as a sample to a bearing store so that you can get the size correct.
make sure you get bearings that can handle high temperatures and not those with plastic seals ment for wet or water places.

Main fan motor is screaming

Sounds like a dry roller bearing or shaft. If you can remove the fan unit and replace the lubricant or grease, your fan will work again as new. Most of them work in the same principle.

Inherited a LOFRA oven. Beneath the bottom element are two thick layers of insulation wrapped in foil. Above this element, enamelled tray also wrapped in foil. Can someone please explain? Is there a design...

Hi Virginia,
It looks like you inherited a good oven.
There is no substantial difference between a LOFRA oven and others on the market. Often foil is used to protect the surfaces so cleaning is made easy. I cannot understand why there is insulation in the oven. Does it appear as if the manufacturer has installed the insulation, or has it been placed there by its previous owner? This may have been placed in there to retain heat in the bottom of the oven.
I suggest that you check that the foil is not in contact or could come into contact with the element of the oven for safety.

The main oven fan in Hotpoint BD32B is sticking (tries to rotate but goes slow and stops). I need to either re-lubricate the existing fan or replace it. How do I remove the fan?

Remove the cover at the rear of the oven compartment, then holding the fan blade with one hand, undo the nut holding the fan on, it is a left hand thread, so turn the nut clockwise as though you were tightening it.
To remove the motor itself you will have to undo 3 screws securing the fan motor from inside the oven compartment, then remove the outer rear cover of oven to remove the motor.

Fan in main oven does not come on when oven is switched on,there is a delay of sometimes up to fifteen minutes oven has often reached desired temp from element at back of oven without fan operating. When ...

The fan motor is obviously faulty, the only real solution is to fit a new fan, if you do not, then the element is in danger of burning out, do not delay replacing the fan motor.

Stoves 720EF - main fan not working

When you say the main fan, do you mean the background cooling fan or do you mean the circulating fan in the bottom oven?
Do you have the handbook for this oven as the wiring diagrams are included in it. If you haven't, you can take a copy from my BT Digital Vault - all I need is an email address to register you.
Looking at the diagram, the power for the cooling fan comes via the timer board. If, as you say, the fan doesn't work at all, the timer board could have gone faulty.
