Change user profile on cect p168 cellular phone

I plugged my phone into the computer and it switched to the ear phone user profile on its own, when i tried to go and change the profile back to indoor, it wouldnt change back it wont let me select any profile. so now i cant hear anything from my phone when i answer it.
