First, to backup your Wii Fit save data, insert an SD Card and copy the Wii Fit game file to the card. You also need to Transfer all of your personal MIis to a Wii Remote. If you don’t, the characters will turn into guests on your friend’s console.

On the Mom’s console, go to the Mii Plaza first, and Transfer all of your Miis to their Wii (from your Wiimote).
Then, insert a blank SD Card. Copy their Wii Fit save data to it (if it exists). Then, erase their data from their Wii (make sure it’s backed up on their SD Card first!).

Remove their SD Card and insert yours. Copy your Wii Fit data to their Wii. Then go ahead and start and play Wii Fit with your save data.

You can simply reverse the process to transfer back.

it sounds like your saved data has been deleted somehow..try resetting your system and try again.. or look at your saved game files and see if its there.

To use a wii powersave, you need to follow these easy steps.
1 Go on to the Wii oprion menue.
2 Go into the data management section.
3 Click save data
4 Click on Wii.
5 Click on SD card.
6 Search for your game title.
7 Click on it.
8 Copy the game data to your Wii.

thairs a reset switch on botom left edg .That you need the stilus to move it.thay ship it in the off positon to save battry life. Thairs actulay two switches a push button soft reset and the hard soft ware slide switch the slide switch is probbly in the off posithen.
