Question about Kitchen Ranges
There is very likely a THERMAL reset but likely its blatently very very unaccessible. If you have lights on on the control panel, I suspect it is the reset switch, especially since you recently performed a self clean.. The panel will light up even if this switch is OPEN (ie not allowing power to the elements) I have a kenmore self clean from 2005 and the attached file shows where it is located. In the attached PDF on the blow appart drawing it shows as ITEM 119. The last page shows the wiring diagram.
Not sure if yours is the same but some things like thermal switches cannot change too much, thank fully. Get an service technician to try to reset it and then have them test for continuity. If it cannot be reset then it is a replacement around $75 -$100.

SOURCE: BEEPING OVEN
The F1 and constant beeping is an error code indicating that your electronic control board (clock/timer) is defective. The fault cannot be reset and the control board must be replaced. This can be an expensive repair if your range is no longer covered by a warranty or service plan. The cost to buy a new control board can be in the neighborhood of about $200. Sorry...but I do hope this helps you.

SOURCE: Dacor oven will no heat.
The reset button is located near (probably behind) the latch that locks your door during sef clean. The reset is located in the middle a thermostat that looks like a round disc the size of a quater and about 1/4 to a 1/2 inch high with two wires, one on each side, plugged into it. Usually with a long thin screwdriver and the power turned off you can reset it with out having to take anything, or at least very little parts, off.

i phoned Sears about error code f13 on a gas range, and was told to unplug the range for 30 minutes. i think she meant 30 seconds - to reprogram the microchip. i unplugged it for 15 minutes or so, then reconnected, and it worked.
