No heat coming from heat vents, blower works. i have change thermostat still no heat

Make sure the cooling system is full ... they can run with low coolant and not have it show on the temp gauge. Make sure the heater temp control actual opens the valve the controls the flow of coolant to the heater.

Try a new one. If it works, the scale is broken.

Jet pump will not shutt off after I replaced heater relay. Tub is a hot springs landmark with an IQ2000 panel the year is also a 2000

it sounds like the pump relay may be stuck closed. Also check the temp readout, if it thinks the water is too hot it will try to cool the water by running the jets and sometimes the blower as well.

No mileage showing digital readout thanks

It is registering, but the light is burned out. You can probably use a flashlight on it and see a faint glow of numbers, but you just need a new bulb. Your radio is probably only half lit on the readout, too. Common problem with Pontiac sunfires. Dashbulbs. Cheap fix, but time consuming.

My 5160 overheats during long hd operations (virus scans, backup etc). I have noticed that the fan is not kicking up to the top speed. diagnostics shows the fan dual speeds work as does the thermistor....

You can download a free software GUI fan control and set the fan speed to max all the time. this should keep your system running smooth and cool. You can even monitor it with a digital temp readout near the clock after you install this simple little program.
