There is a wiring harness for this conversion. i have included a link to a source. It may be difficult to find a schematic to make this conversion and safer to use the harness. Control Board S1 43101972100

Yes I have the wiring harness, however those three wires don't have an connection on the board.

If that is the case then the board must be set up in a way that you don't need to hook up those wires or it would have come with instructions on how to do that.

Tax Fletcher did you ever figure out where to hook up the M1 wire? I am in the same exact situation as you. I have installed the board and also the wiring harness (which has a 12->9 pin and 6->4 pin wiring converters). There is a "park" on the new board where I am thinking I should put M1. On the old 2702-310 board I noticed the M1 contact was simply soddered to the back and didnt go anywhere - as if it were stubbed out. Is this what "Park" does on the new board? Thank for any help!

My control board is indicating a pressure switch stuck open.

You might want to see if the switch still shows continuity when the vacuum line is disconnected. Try touching the two switch wires together.

Furnace wont work

Have to know the model and serial of the furnace.
locate code list usually inside or on the back of a door.
Operation sequence= call for heat--inducer blower motor--makes pressure switch--signals board to bring on hsi--after a set time gas valve opens and you have ignition--main blower motor comes on after a set time

Coleman Evcon furnace. Can i make it circulate air?

Your thermostat should have a "continuous blower" setting. Use that instead of fooling around with the A/C setting

Where do the 3 wires from the blower motor connect to on the control board for high speed use in the summer time? Black, Blue, and the Red one? The white is a no brainer. I can go to M1, cool, and heat....

Hello, the black wire is your high sped motor tap and it should be on cool as you have it. Blue is med-hi and red is your low speed motor tap. You have it wired correctly. Now the freezing can be caused by 2 things, low airflow or a low refrigerant charge. Low airflow can be caused by a dirty air filter, dirty evaporator coil, dirty blower wheel or the blower itself is running slow due to a weak capacitor. Anytime the motor is changed out the capacitor should aswell. If the airflow appears to be ok then the unit is low on refrigerant.

Fan wired directly to L1 runs constantly. no schematic on inside of cover. 5 wires from blower motor, brown to M1 yellow to M2 and black piggybacked to L1, white to neutral, others not hooked up. terminal...

Sounds like this unit was worked on in the summer and has a bad control board so the tech jumped it out till a control board was available . Take the black "high speed" and place on fan terminal to confirm. Get a new board and replace wire for wire you should take a picture first, and the plus are the easiest to find there spots so start with them.

Coleman furnace blower runs continuously

You should be seeing 120 volts to the igniter. Anything less requires either a replacement of the transformer, start relay or control module.
